2. All purchases are completed directly through our official OpenTable experience system — the same secure platform used for restaurant reservations.

   Since the system allows one feast set per guest, customers who wish to purchase more than one set must increase the guest count to match the total number needed. (Example: 2 guests = 2 feast sets)

Wine & Dine: five-course wine pairing

Hunter & Co. and The Living Vine present Wine & Dine — a five-course pairing experience where every plate tells a story and every pour deepens it. Join us on Thursday, November 27th, for an evening of flavour, craft, and connection.

The evening opens with Spicy Tuna Poke, bright and delicate, balanced perfectly by the crisp minerality of Meinklang Grüner Veltliner (White).

A second starter, Spiced Golden Beet Salad, brings warmth and earthy sweetness, paired with Fidora IGT Rosso (Red) — a gentle, organic wine that rounds the dish beautifully.

Next comes Duck & Pork Dumplings, wrapped soft and rich in flavour, served with Orsogna Ramoro Pinot Grigio (Skin-Contact Rosé). The subtle tannins and rose-hued texture add lift to the dish’s savory depth.

The heart of the evening — Lamb Birria Tacos — layered with spice, smoke, and slow-braised tenderness. This course finds harmony in two pairings: Cirelli Trebbiano (Skin-Contact, Italy) for brightness and Le Croiziollon Cahors (Red, France) for body and earth.

To close the night: Thai Tea Crème Brûlée, smooth and aromatic, a nod to familiar comfort with a refined twist. Served alongside Viberti Moscato (Italy) — fragrant, lightly sweet, and the perfect final note.

Elgin County peaches and tomatoes served with Monforte sheep’s milk cream cheese, flaky sea salt, Niagara sherry vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, and Slegers’ micro herbs.

Shogun maitake mushrooms on wholegrain hearth sourdough, finished with melted Stone Town Fontina cheese.

For this special event, he brings his expertise to craft an exclusive 5-course tasting menu ($95 per person), celebrating the finest local and seasonal ingredients.
