We’ve partnered with four breweries we genuinely admire—4est Brewery, Port Stanley Brewing Co., Powerhouse, and Heemans Cellars—to take you through a menu that showcases just how far a well-matched beer can elevate a dish.
From a crisp pilsner arriving alongside delicate calamari, to a rich stout finding its perfect match with a decadent chocolate tarte, each course is designed to reveal something new—and leave you eager for the next pour.
