Anderson Craft Ales brewery is collaborating with Hunter & Co for a unique dining experience. We’re handing the mic to the representatives of Anderson to share their passion for the art of brewing.
Each dish was carefully selected to complement and enhance the beer it will accompany. Anderson Craft Ales is recognized as one of London’s most appreciated local breweries. Their diverse and adventurous brews are a perfect match for Hunter & Co.'s creative dishes.

The PaIRIngS
Course 1: Belgian Witbier & Citrus and Goat Cheese Salad Greens, oranges, beets, Kalamata olives and maple cider vinaigrette. The light, citrus-forward profile of the witbier echoes the orange peel and subtle coriander notes in the glass, while creamy goat cheese softens the acidity for a balanced first bite.
Course 2: Gold Lime Lager & Shrimp Ceviche Charred corn, heirloom tomato, jalapeño, peach, cotija, fried cassava and tortilla. The crisp, refreshing finish of this lime lager plays off the citrusy marinade at the heart of the dish. Jalapeño heat, tomato acidity, corn sweetness and citrus tartness all balance against the beer's clean, zesty finish.
Course 3: Maibock & Korean Fried Chicken Gochujang, sesame, pickles, roasted cauliflower, scallion. This strong German-style lager brings big malt and toast flavour that can stand up to the dish's intensity. Spicy gochujang, sesame, pickles and crispy batter come through without losing the beer's own character.
Course 4: English Bitter & Bangers & Mash English style banger, bird gravy. A classic pairing done right: the malt, yeast and hop notes of a traditional English bitter have long been served alongside pub staples like this one. It cuts through the richness and brings out the savoury, toasted flavours in the dish.
Course 5: Heemans x Anderson Strawberry Hibiscus Sour & Strawberry Cheesecake Mini personal cake with Heemans strawberries. Fresh Heemans strawberries mirror the bright berry notes in the sour, while the creamy cheesecake softens its acidity, letting the sweet, fruity flavours shine through on both plate and glass.
