On Tuesday, June 23rd at 6:30 PM, Hunter & Co. is hosting Cocktail Pairing — our five-course pairing dinner where every dish is matched with a signature cocktail, built to complement each other from the very first bite to the very last sip.
This isn't just dinner. It's an evening where the kitchen and the bar work together to tell a story on your plate and in your glass.
We've put together a menu that moves through flavour, texture, and mood — and for each course, our bartenders have crafted a cocktail that doesn't just pair well, it belongs there.
The Menu
First — Fig & Rhubarb Salad Black Mission figs, roasted rhubarb, arugula, crispy prosciutto, crumbled goat's cheese, candied hazelnuts, vanilla-rhubarb vinaigrette Paired with: Rhubarb Fig 75
Second — Scallop on the Half Shell Hokkaido scallop, saffron yuzu foam, dill oil Paired with: Saffron Martini
Third — Big Bird / Little Bird Pan roasted quail, seared foie gras, sweet potato purée, swiss chard, balsamic reduction Paired with: The Gilded Nest
Fourth — Deer & Bovine Calabrian chili orange glazed bison meatball, elk rosemary & cassis meatball, caramelized onion purée Paired with: Smoked Orange Rosemary Highball
Fifth — Rose Petal Send Off Rosewater cardamom panna cotta, raspberry coulis Paired with: Coconut Rose Daiquiri
